Ilana Blumberg

Hospitality has always been at the core of Ilana's career. She has shaped her experiences around the values of: superior service, well-planned events, robust communication and kindness above all else. Seeking to grow the values of hospitality in non-traditional settings, Ilana joined the inaugural team for the launch of WeLive, a multi-tiered residential real estate, hotel and co-living hospitality development.

Ilana is a strong operations project manager and has worked with some of the top names in the industry. She has a vast background in restaurant and facility openings, venue management, luxury events, customer service and business development. 

In 2014, Ilana was the Project Manager and Director of Operations for the renovation and relaunch of a 60-seat Union Square restaurant. In addition to drafting and managing the operational aspects of the opening, Ilana also designed and executed all marketing collateral and online content.

Previously a consultant with Clark Wolf Company, LLC, Ilana was involved in a variety of development projects including: Tavern on the Green, Urban Space Vanderbilt, Bloomberg Building cafeteria, Empire City Casino and Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.

Ilana holds a Culinary degree from the International Culinary Center (formerly FCI) and a Master's in Food Studies from NYU. She is a proud New York City native and currently lives in the Manhattan with her husband Dave.

Terry Seal 

Terry learned the ropes of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry at Daymon Worldwide and Danone Waters of America. While there, Terry worked with clients to develop private label products, brands & category strategies within the office products, technology, dairy, bakery and frozen food categories. Most importantly, she honed her skills to leverage the insights and to build actionable strategies. 

Terry has worked closely with top brands including, Evian, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Office Depot, Fresh Direct, Safeway, Lotte Korea, Aeono Japan and Southern Wine & Spirits.

After learning the CPG industry, Terry pursued a Masters in Food Studies from NYU and acquired a leadership role as CEO for David Rosengarten, a multi-tiered food media and wine import business. Her duties as CEO included: growing and launching Golden Ram Import's wine portfolio, developing food products for David Rosengarten Gastronomic Selections, relaunching the print and digital publication 'The Rosengarten Report' and managed the day-to-day operations of a 15 person staff and salesforce.

In 2015, Terry moved to Munich, Germany to pursue her dream living abroad and to marry her husband, Stefan. Today, Terry is focused on launching a wine app through a tech accelerator in Dusseldorf, as well as growing the wine portfolios of restaurants around Munich.
